High-Cost and Complicated: BombBomb's Challenges
In my opinion, BombBomb is a great tool for nurturing leads. However, to fully benefit from it, you have to opt for the most expensive package, which I think is overpriced for what it offers. I do appreciate the option to pause the subscription if needed. I really like how BombBomb allows a personal and creative way to connect with leads, enabling face-to-face interaction during the early nurturing stages when they're not yet ready to commit. However, I found the program to be complex and the user interface confusing. It was challenging to figure out how to best use all its features, and I found the email template customization to be clunky and frustrating.

Once Useful, Now Outdated: Better Alternatives Available
The software was decent, but not exceptional. There are superior alternatives available at the same price point. I liked having all my email marketing and contacts consolidated, as well as the ability to create email and landing pages. However, it's not user-friendly and constructing a template is quite difficult. The lack of font options and the difficulty in inserting images and backgrounds compared to other services is a downside. BombBomb isn't worth the hassle. I initially chose BombBomb due to my limited knowledge about email marketing. I struggled with it for years until I found a different platform. Once I switched, I realized how poor BombBomb was and regretted not making the change sooner.
