I've been a user of BombBomb since 2010 and I appreciate their constant innovation to stay at the forefront of the video email industry. Their customer service and training are top-notch. I've always been a fan of their customizable opt-in forms for funnel creation. Their new mobile app for real-time engagement is my current favorite feature. However, I wish there was a way to create lists based on engagement scores and an easy way to automatically remove unengaged contacts if they score less than 10 on the 100 point scoring system in the past 6 months.

Effortless Video Message Creation with BombBomb
As a video creation company, we started sending video messages, tutorials, and interesting facts to our customers. We needed a software to distribute these video emails easily and that's when we found Bombbomb. It's amazing how fast you can create a video and send it to a group of contacts, all in less than 5 minutes. They even have mobile extensions for recording from your phone. Although we didn't use it, Bombbomb offers tracking and analytics to measure the impact of your videos. There's not much to dislike about it. In the end, we didn't go for the paid plan as the tool was more than we needed. However, in our experience, it could benefit from having more email templates to choose from.
