I find Calamari easy to use as both an admin and a user. It allows us to easily set parameters for employees based on their years of experience or their work area. However, I wish it could integrate with time and shift management in Microsoft Teams.

I've found Calamari to be an excellent addition to our company. It's incredibly easy to request time off, approve these requests, and monitor coverage for any given day. The timeclock is very user-friendly and packed with features. We're delighted with our decision to use Calamari. We appreciate its simplicity, integration with other apps, and fantastic UI. The daily Slack notifications from Calamari, informing the team who is out, are extremely useful. Its ease of use is crucial for gaining acceptance from all employees. However, I believe there's room for improvement in reporting. Many companies need a signed record of timecard approval to ensure fair pay for employees. Currently, we have to manually export and configure this data. It would be fantastic if a timecard approval workflow could be integrated into the app to streamline this process.

I have been using Calamari for 4 years, in both my previous jobs and my current company. I have never faced any issues or difficulties while using it. Calamari has greatly enhanced our workflow, especially with the calendar feature that allows us to easily track upcoming absences. I also value that by using this online tool, we are minimizing our environmental footprint by not printing leave requests. It's crucial for me to use tools that don't harm our planet. Calamari is very user-friendly, even for employees who have never used similar tools before. It's simple to integrate, clear, and intuitive. The support team has been very supportive in setting everything up and they genuinely care about their users. The app is also easy to use. I have been using Calamari for 4 years and that's why I decided to use it again in my current company. I chose Calamari because my overall experience with it has been superior.
