Ideal Training Platform
As a training company, we had to switch to online training due to the COVID pandemic. We tried various systems, but only Clickmeeting provided the same functionality as our previous method. Terrible Functionality and Customer Support Experience
I found the software initially easy to set up, but it became progressively complex due to numerous unexplained, unnecessary options. The overall experience was dreadful, leading to a loss of 75% of my attendees due to poor functionality and a non-user-friendly platform. However, I switched to ClickMeeting because their customer service was incredibly helpful, providing prompt responses both over the phone and via email. I was informed that the plan I purchased did not allow for more attendees and that I could upgrade to a paid plan if necessary.
