      Satisfied with Connecteam

      I was initially hesitant to use Connecteam, but I found it incredibly easy to learn. I appreciate the ability to access it on both my phone and computer, which helps me stay organized and on top of everything. Before using Connecteam, tasks would pile up and communication was inefficient. Now, any issues I encounter are quickly addressed by their customer service. Every feature I use has improved the organization and efficiency of my team. The customer service is excellent and both the app and website are simple to use. I also appreciate the instructional videos for each feature, which I can share with my team to help them improve their efficiency. I do wish there was a combo package, as I primarily use Connecteam for operations and would like more options in HR beyond the free ones. I switched to Connecteam because it was cheaper and offered more options. I also liked that I didn't have to build it from scratch, but could adjust the existing structure to our needs. The vendor responded positively to my feedback.

      14-Month Struggle with Connecteam: Unresolved Issues and Disappointments

      I had a poor experience with Connecteam. Despite its appealing design and friendly customer service, I regret choosing this software a year ago. The system seemed promising, but the team was unable to fix most problems. The scheduling module is riddled with bugs, leading to disappearing or duplicating shifts, and jobs being assigned to the wrong user. The time clock module is decent, but it takes time to match entries with the job schedule. The support and development team seem to lack understanding of the cleaning industry, making communication with cleaners challenging due to lack of traceability. The software has also experienced downtime recently. The main problems are with scheduling, with new bugs appearing regularly. Despite reporting these issues, they continue to exist. When one bug is fixed, another one pops up. The vendor responded to my feedback, acknowledging the issues and promising improvements, but this doesn't alter my negative experience.

      Totally Smitten with Connecteam

      I absolutely love Connecteam and their customer support is exceptional. I constantly praise them to all my friends and clients, who are amazed at how efficiently my office runs with this app. I've recommended Connecteam to three other companies, one of which has already joined and the other two are considering it. The app has greatly simplified my life. I use the forms feature, time clock, and quick tasks. I particularly appreciate the geo-fence feature that prevents staff from clocking in until they're on site, saving me from overbooked hours. The quick tasks make my office run much more smoothly than the old-fashioned diary. However, I must admit that it can be frustrating that I'm on an advanced plan and can use most features, but some are limited. I can use them, but not to their full potential. I suggested to the Connecteam representative that they should allow the person I assign a task to, to not be.

      Six Months Journey with Connecteam

      Overall, my experience with Connecteam has been incredible. It's been a long journey and we're still implementing some features for our teams. It's been challenging, but the live chat team has always been exceptional in resolving any issues we've encountered. The customer support through the live chat is outstanding. They never fail to find a solution for me and explain it with customized pictures and videos. This service is available 24/7. The videos and articles in the help section are also very beneficial. The layout in the kiosk is excellent and the ability to integrate time clock, courses, time off, and job scheduling made our transition from paper to digital very smooth. With three buildings and various teams within those buildings all on different hours and shift patterns, it's been difficult to find a way to make policies work for us. We've managed this but it's been challenging. The vendor responded to my review.
