I've been using Campaigner by Protus for a couple of years now and I was so impressed with their service that I decided to prepay for a year to take advantage of an 18% discount. I made a payment of $2,952 in January 219. The following month, I noticed a few delivery issues with Gmail and a slight dip in open rates. But, I was not deterred. I reached out to my account rep and tech support, who were always ready to help. They suggested three different workarounds, which I found to be proactive and solution-oriented. Although I still experienced some delivery issues, I appreciated their efforts to resolve the problem.When I contacted Campaigner to discuss the possibility of a refund for the unused months, they reminded me of the no-refund policy under the prepaid contract. I understood their position and respected their adherence to the policy. In response, I reversed the charge and they promptly blocked my account. They disputed the charge and have not reopened my account or contacted me since. This experience taught me the importance of understanding the terms and conditions before making a commitment.Despite this, I would still recommend others to try out their larger plans. I would suggest staying on a month-to-month basis to see how it works for you. Remember, every service has its ups and downs, and it's all about finding what works best for you. One thing I must commend is their tech support response time. It typically took about 5-7 days for them to respond to emails, which I found to be reasonable considering the complexity of the issues. Overall, my experience with Campaigner has been a learning curve and I'm excited to see how they evolve in the future.

Excellent for Contract Management and Streamlined Invoicing
I use HoneyBook for its valuable contracts and simplified invoicing. I like the auto-billing and recurring billing features, but I'm not satisfied with the high transaction fees. I've noticed that competitors offer faster deposits. Despite the addition of many new features to the software, I've had difficulty learning the initial project features to utilize the new smartfile features. Hiring a professional to assist is too costly. The invoicing platform is user-friendly and the CRM helps me manage contacts and specifics. The contract templates meet my needs perfectly. However, payments take longer to deposit compared to other platforms. The pipeline and smart file features are complicated and even after two years, I'm still not using them. My clients also don't appreciate the notifications on every change within their project. I initially chose HoneyBook thinking I could use the project management platform, but it wasn't up to par so I switched to BaseCamp instead. I often use Square for invoicing because the fees are lower.

I'm pleased with my experience with Nutshell. I'd certainly recommend it as it's time-saving and yields a positive ROI. It's fairly user-friendly and its automated features are quite handy. I've gotten several big orders from my email campaigns, proving its value for money. However, I wish there were more templates as the current selection seems limited.

The standard profile account view highlights key information, and the admin software allows for screen customization, including adding infinite areas, changing values on any list, and arranging everything. I can use SugarCRM on my phone or tablet when I'm out of the office, which helps me extract data through searches and tables, and make quick calls to contacts. The software also allows me to categorize and sort data in different ways.

Outstanding Sales Engagement Tool
So far, the implementation and training team for Outreach have been fantastic. The product is dependable and has greatly improved our team's efficiency. It streamlines the process for my sales reps to act on leads by automating many steps that would otherwise be manual, freeing them up to focus on other areas. Outreach is highly customizable, but the setup is complex and not just "plug and play". It takes some time to get used to all the features. We switched to Outreach because we needed a system that was more robust than Groove.
