Following extensive use of Happay over the past few months, I would like to conclude that it is a practical and simple solution for any company looking for a better approach to managing expenses. The implementation process was relatively simple, and I found the transition especially beneficial for companies with employees who travel often, as I was able to have cards ordered and users enrolled very quickly. The platform allowed me to manage remote reimbursements efficiently; employees were able to digitally submit receipts, and this significantly enhanced employee satisfaction and lessened administrative functions.
I do remember there were a few disadvantages; for example, I found a few small businesses and some of the food delivery services did not accept the card which forced a couple of employees to come up with alternative ideas for paying, as well as the inability to set some staff personal PIN's created some very small security concerns for me. Overall, however, I was very impressed with Happay's scalability and ability to integrate with existing accounting systems, especially for a developing startup.
In conclusion, notwithstanding some small cons regarding acceptance for some cards and the lack of ability to set personal PIN's, Happay is a simple, efficient, and flexible expense management option for most companies looking for a functional expense management solution.
