Quality Product - Varies with Use Case

I have used other time tracking products that I prefer, but Intervals is decent for its price. We primarily use it for time tracking, which is user-friendly. Its reporting capabilities are commendable, but setting it up can be a bit challenging and it's easy to get overly detailed. While the reporting is good, simpler filters would be beneficial. The user interface could also use an upgrade.

Appreciating Interval International's Timeshare Exchange Service Amid Uncertainty

I recently had the opportunity to engage with Interval International for a timeshare exchange to Maui, two weeks before the unfortunate fires. My scheduled week in Maui is set for April 224. While I'm uncertain about the current status of the building, I'm impressed by Interval's commitment to their policies. They have a standard $229 exchange fee, which I believe is a testament to their professionalism and dedication to maintaining a high-quality service. When I reached out to my timeshare, they graciously offered a free exchange, which was a pleasant surprise. This experience has made me appreciate the value of my timeshare even more, and I'm considering renewing with Interval due to their steadfast adherence to their policies. The additional costs involved are a small price to pay for the assurance and quality service they provide.

Securing European Travel with Intervals: A Review

I recently had the opportunity to use the software, Intervals, for booking a location in Europe well over a month in advance. The process was quite interesting as they ensured to verify the hotel exchange availability only after the transfer of my week from my timeshare was confirmed. This added an extra layer of security and assurance to my booking process. What really caught my attention was the representative's proactive approach. They introduced me to the gold and platinum upgrades, which come with additional certificates. Although I didn't need them at the time, it's great to know that these options are available for future travels. The process didn't stop there. I was then transferred to a Hotel exchange representative who also ensured to find the best options for me, but only after the transfer was confirmed. He too, enthusiastically presented me with a membership upgrade. Although there was no guarantee of finding a booking immediately, I appreciated their honesty and transparency. Overall, my experience with Intervals was quite engaging and informative. It's refreshing to see a company that prioritizes security and customer satisfaction over immediate bookings. I'm looking forward to exploring their upgrade options in the future!

It's very intuitive and user-friendly, with excellent features for project and task creation, duplication, and cost-related aspects. Exploring the Unique Features of Intervals Software: An American User's Perspective

I've had the pleasure of using the software, Intervals, and found it to be a fantastic tool, particularly for those based in America. The exchange feature is a unique aspect that we've had the opportunity to explore multiple times. It's been an interesting journey, even though we've had a couple of hiccups with our Marriott deposits. What's really intriguing is the way some resorts aren't available for exchange, but they do pop up for Getaways. It's a clever way to introduce us to new options that we might not have considered otherwise, even though it does require an additional purchase. I would highly recommend giving this software a try, but as with any investment, it's always wise to consider your options carefully. It's been a learning experience for us, and I'm sure it will be for you too!

Excellent Choice for Project Management and Time Tracking!

I am confident that I made the right choice with Intervals, and it's worth the price! It provides easy time tracking and the Gantt charts are handy for swapping task dates. I've noticed that Intervals offers a superior user interface experience. There are some issues with the reporting tools, but the support team usually fixes them within a day or two. However, the resource allocation report doesn't function at all. I chose Intervals because it had everything I needed in one place, like a one-stop solution. The vendor responded to my review, appreciated my feedback, and advised me to submit a bug report for the non-working resource allocation report so their support team can troubleshoot and hopefully resolve the issue. They responded in November 2020.

Exploring Intervals: A Leap from Paper to Digital Timesheets

I appreciate how Intervals has enabled us to shift from paper-based timesheets to weekly tracking. It's very user-friendly and it's almost impossible to make a mistake that could disrupt the system. It effectively captures and tracks time. However, I feel it lacks a feature that allows us to assign staff to a home project or business unit. This would greatly benefit our business if we could see the home business unit (like HR, Finance, Marketing etc.) that the person belongs to when running a time entry report, in addition to seeing the project the hours have been billed to. It would also be useful if we could duplicate a previous week's timesheet for re-entry in the current or future weeks, instead of having to upload it as a template or enter time using the 'add multiple time entries' option.
