In my younger years, I made the exciting decision to invest in the Westgate lakes timeshare and started using Interval International. Over two decades later, I still cherish this decision. The promises of a dream vacation have turned out to be a series of delightful, recurring adventures. Interval consistently offers a variety of properties and the fees are a worthwhile investment for the experiences I've had. They offer additional gift weeks that are a unique opportunity if you're up for an adventure, like a trip to a remote location in Finland during February. I'm thrilled to be part of this holiday timeshare experience, which comes with reasonable annual maintenance and tax fees. I strongly recommend anyone, especially those living outside the USA, to consider this. Their customer service is helpful and efficient, particularly those responding to email inquiries.

Two Decades of Exceptional Service: My Experience with Interval
I've been a loyal customer of Intervals for over 2 years and my experience has been nothing short of amazing! I had booked a Getaway Vacation at a resort in Oro Valley, AZ months in advance. Just a day before my arrival, I received a call from Interval. They informed me that there were some issues with the building I was supposed to stay in. I appreciated their transparency and quick communication. When I contacted the resort, they mentioned that Interval had overbooked. I was surprised, but I also realized that mistakes can happen in any business. What mattered to me was how they handled it. Interval had been aware of this for weeks and they chose to inform me at the right time, ensuring I didn't travel all the way only to face disappointment. This incident made me realize how much Interval values their customers. They could have easily let me arrive and then deal with the situation, but they chose to inform me in advance. This is a commendable business practice! I am looking forward to many more years of great service with Interval.

It provides different user levels and allows me to easily initiate a new project, task, or milestone. I can set time for tasks and monitor my employees' performance through the timesheet, which records every task change. Setting a budget for projects is straightforward and there's a reminder to prevent going over budget. I utilize filters and detailed reports in Intervals to analyze the progression of my projects. My clients appreciate the reporting feature as they can see how much time was spent on their projects. The invoicing feature simplifies payroll for those paid per hour. Initially, it was a bit challenging and required some training, but I managed to understand it thanks to Intervals' tutorial videos.
