The customer service is exceptional, with quick responses. The software holds those assigned a task accountable for their actions and allows for easy identification of bottlenecks to fix any issues. It involves clients in the process, enabling them to track the progress of their briefs, which I believe aids in the client's approval process.Pipefy is a fantastic tool as it allows me to create and manage any type of process from scratch. It handles everything from procurement to sales to recruitment to project management. It simplifies my life by allowing me to attach documents, email checklists, and link to other pipes.The support staff at Pipefy is incredibly helpful and patient, guiding me through the process. They allow me to make mistakes, which helps me learn how to use Pipefy better. While the technology may be challenging to understand and use initially, it's worth it.

Great Product. Poor Support.
I find Pipefy to be the best Business Process Management Tool among those my company has evaluated, including Quixy, Qntrl, and Kissflow. It's clear that the team behind Pipefy understands workflows and the challenges they present. The software is well thought out and provides features that easily address complex cases. It allows engagement with people outside of your organization at any point in your workflow, which is unique among the tools we've seen. The open APIs are comprehensive and integration is easy using products like Make (formerly Integromat). It's genuinely low-code, requiring no technical skills to build and manage a sophisticated workflow.However, the support is terrible. It's via a chat bot that takes a long time to respond and the support team often disappears for extended periods. Implementing 'Business Logic' is not intuitive and requires a specific approach to work properly. If you need to integrate with other systems, the number of transactions included in the price plans are inadequate, potentially leading to high costs. The user interface could also use a refresh.Despite these issues, the product is good enough for me to stick with it, though I do have complaints about their support offering and API transaction pricing.

I'm transitioning from Trello to Pipefy, where I can better organize my tasks using custom fields. Pipefy enables me to automate routine tasks, integrate APIs with other services, and even build MVPs. I particularly enjoy the Sprint panel feature, which helps me break down my weekly to-do list into manageable chunks. Pipefy has been crucial in streamlining my company's operations. I've used it to pinpoint where most errors were happening and which processes needed alteration. While I find Pipefy to be an excellent tool, I wish it had an option to select a time and working hours for the expiration date. I switched to Pipefy because it offers superior functionality. I recommend taking the free Pipefy University classes to better understand how the system works and how to maximize its tools and automation.
