Even a Child Could Deliver Better Metrics than Quiq
I've experienced numerous issues with Quiq. It falsely reports more chats than we've managed, a critical metric in my business, and gives wrong response times, leading to additional problems. It frequently malfunctions, marking chats as missed or agents as unresponsive. There are much better messaging software options out there. Their customer support is practically non-existent. The only positive is that the settings can be tweaked to enhance the user experience. However, the reporting is inaccurate and the timing is not correctly calculated.

Cyprus Text Implementation: Revolutionizing Business Communication
At our institution, we were in need of a texting or chat solution due to the nature and size of our business. Quiq provided us with solutions to problems we didn't even realize we had. No other texting platforms catered to an entire contact center like Quiq did. We appreciate the ability to switch between text and chat, and use text as an alternative to inbound calls. We also find texting to be the primary communication medium for loan transactions, as it's the preferred method for borrowers. Quiq is a fantastic company with excellent customer service and a genuine concern for client success. The software transitions seamlessly between text and chat depending on the user's device. It can be used for our entire call center, outbound marketing, and one-on-one interactions between loan officers and borrowers. The product seems technologically advanced, and discussions about Apple Business Chat and future plans excite me. I have no dislikes about the software. Our only challenge is deciding how to use it. I suggest clearer implementation and initial training, but any delay or confusion was mostly on our end.
