I find the software, ringy, extremely user-friendly and I highly recommend it over other CRM's. It's so efficient that I don't require an assistant to manage my leads. However, the daily cost can be slightly high, so it's crucial to use it wisely to prevent wasting time and money. There are also some minor quirks that necessitate extra clicks. I propose sending out a survey for potential software improvements.

Perfect Phone Companion: Ringy
The phone service provided by Ringy is perfect and exactly what I was missing in Estonia. However, there are some issues with the site's filters and the integration with Kevin is not working correctly. The language transition is not handled well, especially when the payment process confirmation ends in a different language. This is a big issue. Also, customer support seems to not read emails, which is another problem that needs to be addressed. Despite these issues, I am happy with the phone service.

The simplicity of use and the support I received during setup exceeded my expectations. Since implementing the system, my team is generating more revenue per dollar spent. The improvements were instantly noticeable, and I saw immediate results. I highly recommend it. My CPA was reduced by half. I have a local presence and only spend money when I choose to. The pricing is fair and it's easy to use. A sales representative explained how to use all the services to my entire office through a webinar. I never lose track of who I've texted, emailed, or called and how many times. It's excellent for reviving old leads and pursuing new ones. I have very few complaints. The only thing I need to ensure is that my phones are ready after a text or email blast due to the response.
