      I've been using SimPro for nearly two years now and it's been an interesting journey. Initially, the team at SimPro gave me the impression that the software could do it all, and while it's not perfect, it certainly has its strengths. The reporting, for instance, is unique and while it can be complex, it offers a depth of detail that's hard to find elsewhere. Yes, there can be syncing delays with the BI Reporting, but when it works, it's a powerful tool. The software may not be directly compatible with every sales, marketing or customer service tool, but the integration through Zapier is a feature that allows for a wide range of connections. It's a bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, it's quite versatile. The system itself is comprehensive, with a search function that encourages precise queries and a scheduling system that, while intricate, offers a lot of flexibility. The layout and integration of forms, emails, and texts may not be to everyone's taste, but it's a system that rewards patience and exploration. The support team deserves a special mention. They've been there every step of the way, tirelessly addressing any issues that arise. It's clear they're dedicated to making SimPro the best it can be. If I were to rate SimPro, I'd give it a solid 4 stars, with an extra half star for the support staff who are clearly committed to their work.

      Excellent Tool!

      My experience with Simpro has been positive. I've been actively using it for about 6 months, even though I've owned it for over a year. I'm still figuring out certain aspects of its setup and I wish the initial process was simpler. I value its bid creation feature, which allows me to pull a part from our catalog and assign a time to it without having to do the calculations myself. Some of my team members have found it challenging to use, but once they get the hang of it, it works well. It's just a bit different from what they're used to. I switched to Simpro for its job costing and inventory management features. I appreciate the vendor's responsiveness and their offer of support through the Simpro Helpdesk.

      Outstanding tool for operating our business!

      I am extremely satisfied with Simpro software and intend to use it for the foreseeable future. The customer support is consistently accessible and cooperative. The software offers a wide range of features that can evolve with my business, providing a comprehensive solution and removing the need for complicated integrations. Although the setup was time-consuming and required numerous adjustments, this was anticipated due to the multitude of features we are using. Having a Simpro implementation specialist onsite during the process was incredibly beneficial, far superior to attempting it remotely as we have done with previous software. I selected Simpro due to its cost and pre-configured features. I transitioned to Simpro because my former software was sluggish and failed to monitor inventory. I value the feedback from the vendor and will certainly refer to the Simpro Help Guide if I require further assistance.
