I find SmartRecruiters to be efficient and time-saving as it eliminates the need for manual management of candidate spreadsheets. The software is user-friendly with a relatable social media-like interface. However, exporting certain reports into Excel can be problematic as they don't always come out clean. I usually have to delete and un-merge cells, but once done, the data proves to be very useful.
