Still Unable to Refund Customers After 5 Weeks!
For five weeks, we were unable to issue refunds to customers who paid via SEPA direct debit. We've been in touch with Stripe support for four weeks, but they've been unable to resolve this significant issue for our account. This has caused considerable harm to our business, with many customers awaiting refunds. Despite being labeled as urgent, the issue remains unresolved. It's disappointing that such a basic function like issuing a refund isn't working. We're considering legal action due to the damage we're experiencing from customers cancelling memberships and leaving negative reviews because we can't refund them. UPDATE: After five weeks, the problem has finally been resolved. Although it took longer than expected, I'm relieved that we can now issue refunds.

Ideal for Single and Recurring Payments
I am extremely satisfied with Stripe Billing. It's excellent for both startups and established businesses. I value the fact that I can use it directly and integrate it with my own point of sale system. I used to pay for a software that could handle one-time payments and automatic recurring subscriptions, but Stripe Billing surpasses them. I primarily work from my computer and it's user-friendly. If I forget how to perform a task, I can easily find assistance from their support forums or chat. The only drawback is that it doesn't alert me if a payment fails, but I've resolved that by using Zapier to receive email notifications. I also experienced a chargeback once and I wish there was an option to upload multiple documents for disputes, not just one. I selected Stripe Billing for its superior features and cost-effectiveness. Although Zoho has some new features I might use, I'm trying to keep my overhead as low as possible right now.

Security Concerns
Stripe provides a user-friendly service from a seller's perspective, but it's too easy to use. The two-factor authentication doesn't work and there's no way to enforce the use of MFA on other users. It's the least secure 'banking' site available. By default, users remain logged in for a week, even though payments can be made with just a click. I logged in for the first time in weeks today and wasn't asked for MFA.
