      I appreciate the TapClicks team for their excellent responsiveness and support. They provided outstanding training to get us started. The direct API into most of our platforms has made TapClicks our preferred vendor. I'm impressed by the ability to pull wrap-up reporting, client logins, and the overall functionality. However, some newer platforms are not yet integrated and there's no set timeframe for when they will be. Some APIs are not as robust as others. I also wish I could add a flat dollar amount as a fee instead of a percentage. I chose TapClicks primarily for the number of API integrations.
