      Found My Perfect Match in Uplisting

      My overall experience with Uplisting has been extremely positive. After nearly ten years with a major channel manager and a disappointing six months with another provider, I was relieved to find Uplisting. It feels like it was designed by property managers like me. The customer service is outstanding and the team is receptive to feedback and willing to implement new features based on customer requests. One issue I've encountered is the inability to edit reservation line items, which impacts the automatically calculated owner payout totals. However, the team is working on this feature after I suggested it. I chose Uplisting for its prompt customer service and user-friendly platform that consistently adds new features without compromising core functionalities. I switched from KIGO due to its outdated technology and persistent errors. I also switched from Direct because I encountered more error pages than functional ones, despite being satisfied with the implementation manager and the product overall. However, it still has a long way to go and I couldn't wait any longer.

      Top-Notch PMS: Uplisting Simplifies and Streamlines!

      I've been using Uplisting for my serviced apartments business and it has significantly cut down my workload by two thirds. I've used two other Property Management Systems before, but had to leave the first due to constant changes and the second one didn't live up to its promises. Uplisting was recommended to me for its simplicity and extensive features. I'm glad I switched as the software is very user-friendly and the features are top-notch. They constantly add new features and their customer service team is in-house. I'm very satisfied with Uplisting and have no complaints. I chose Uplisting over Guesty because Guesty was too expensive and seemed complex to use. I switched from Little Hotelier to Uplisting and I'm not planning on leaving as long as Uplisting continues on this path.

      Guest Count Not Displayed

      I'm disappointed that this costly software, which is supposed to simplify things, doesn't recognize children as guests. This results in an incorrect guest count, causing my cleaners to prepare the wrong number of beds. This issue has been 'under review' for over 18 months in the suggestions section, which is frustrating as it seems like a basic feature. Having a channel manager becomes pointless if I still have to check the correct number of guests on my OTA. It not only defeats the purpose but also adds an extra step, potentially leading to negative reviews for my business.
