Regular User's Perspective on Userback
The tool allows for smooth communication between the customer and our product development team, saving us a lot of time. It's user-friendly and even our clients find it easy to navigate Userback. I appreciate how Userback is constantly innovating and adding new features to provide value to its existing users. The software evolves as I use it. Initially, there were aspects I didn't like, but most of these issues have been resolved with updates. The onboarding process for clients was a bit cumbersome at first, but it's much more straightforward now, even for clients who aren't very tech-savvy. I chose Userback because I got a good deal as an early adopter. Before this, I was using makeshift solutions like email, chat, and cloud storage for files. But Userback has made my life much easier. As an agency owner, dealing with clients, the ability to streamline approval is a crucial part of doing business.

Excellent Tool for Swift Feedback on Images and PDFs
I needed a way to get design feedback from clients and Userback offered the simplest solution with its "designs" feature. Now, I can easily create a project, upload a design (either JPG or PDF), share it with clients, receive feedback, and address it directly. Once the design is updated, I can upload a new version and ask for feedback again until I get approval. My main use is to get feedback directly on images and PDFs, and it works great for that. I like being able to upload a JPG to a specific "project", send a link to a client where they can annotate and comment directly on their ideas, and upload files if needed to supplement their notes. This has saved me from a lot of back-and-forth emailing. However, the annotation tools are somewhat limited for my needs, and I would like a "freehand" style tool to improve the accuracy of the feedback I receive. It would also be beneficial to have the ability.
