Initial Hurdles Now Paving Way to Smooth Sailing
I had a positive experience with Userback. I favor cloud-hosted software over WordPress-hosted ones. Userback's video feedback feature is superb, particularly for clients who are not tech-savvy or find it hard to express their requirements. Initially, Userback was only for web mockups, but they've expanded to include print/digital design and video feedback. I transitioned to Userback from ProjectHuddle, which is WordPress-based and tends to have more bugs due to regular updates.

I really value the simplicity of setting up Userback and preparing it for client feedback. It's quick and straightforward, eliminating the need for me to send instructional videos to clients as they can easily use the tool themselves. Collaboration on feedback is effortless and notifications come through seamlessly. I'm extremely satisfied with this tool. The setup process is incredibly easy. I've never faced any issues - I simply create the project, add the code to the website, and it's good to go. It's also customizable, offering excellent options to tailor the feedback tool to align with the brand and the specific feedback required for a project. It's versatile as well, allowing feedback on both websites and PDFs. I haven't utilized the video feedback tool yet, but I see its potential for certain clients. The only minor issue I've encountered is with the client account creation and usage. Some clients find it challenging or show no interest in setting up accounts and using them to manage.

End the Back-and-Forth Chaos. Switch to Userback.
I started using Userback about 6 months ago and it has completely revolutionized our workflow. Before Userback, we had to manually screenshot projects, send them to clients, wait for their feedback, make the necessary changes, and then screenshot again. This process was even more cumbersome with multiple products. But with Userback, our workflow has become much simpler. We just install the snippet, send the link to the client, they annotate on the screen, we review their notes, and Userback automatically uploads to our project management tool, like Basecamp. It's incredibly easy to use, and even our less tech-savvy clients find it helpful. At eikonikos, we absolutely adore it! I don't have any negative feedback, although I would recommend the team to add more integrations.
