The user-friendly platform, packed with numerous features, has significantly enhanced our company's ability to capture and measure customer feedback effectively. I am particularly thankful to [sensitive content hidden] for their exceptional assistance throughout. What impressed me the most about Zonka Feedback was its comprehensive set of features that perfectly met our needs and goals. However, I would appreciate more customization options for our responses, including more design choices like colors, fonts, and other elements, which are currently only available for welcome and exit screens. A larger comment section for more detailed feedback would also be beneficial. We switched to Zonka Feedback because it offered all the features we were looking for.

Zonka, You're Doing Great!
I consider Zonka Feedback to be an excellent tool, especially as the LTD. It's a powerful tool for unlimited data collection. The design is intuitive and user-friendly, offering a broad selection of well-designed templates. It even includes an SMS sending feature, which I haven't tried yet, but it appears impressive. There are also many integrations available and a promising roadmap. The support team is very responsive and helpful. However, there are a few minor issues. For example, I can't change the font on the welcome screen, and when I integrate my survey results into Google Sheet, I can't see the number of questions, only the text. I chose Zonka Feedback for its price, current functionalities, and roadmap. I mainly switched to Zonka Feedback because of its cost.
