Zonka Feedback - My Ultimate Tool for Seamless Customer Feedback Collection

I'm enjoying a positive experience with Zonka so far. The user interface is professional and the user experience is smooth, simple, and effective. I value the quality of the templates, especially the Net Promoter Score (NPS) one. The support team is responsive and helpful. Zonka is a dependable tool for collecting customer feedback. I can swiftly create a feedback survey using their well-designed templates. The builder is minimalistic yet powerful for designing feedback forms. Zonka's NPS style survey is one of the best designed in the market. I also appreciate the option for offline surveys, which can be installed on touchscreens or iPads for kiosk-based feedback collection. This is a unique feature. However, I wish Zonka could provide an online survey report result instead of the current PDF download. This would be useful if I want customers to see live results, like a poll. Overall, I'm mostly satisfied with Zonka Feedback as my customer survey tool.

I primarily use Zonka Feedback for email surveys and sending additional information, which works excellently for me. It instantly provides superb reports, helping me make important decisions. I highly recommend this tool for its usefulness, ease of use, and feedback reporting. I've been using Zonka for some time now and consider it an excellent customer tool. What I value most is my ability to quickly set up feedback forms without needing help. Initially, I thought it would be difficult and sought assistance from the team, who were very supportive. However, I've been setting it up myself for the past few weeks and it's been fantastic. Currently, there's nothing I dislike. I've primarily used the software for customer feedback through email surveys. I've used integration to automate this process and also use it manually. Once set up, it's quite straightforward to use.

Exceptional Customer Assistance - Going the Extra Mile!

I had a great experience with Zonka Feedback's support team. Even when I was ready to quit, they continued to assist me and helped me succeed. I ran into some problems with an integration and reached out to their support. A representative named Prabhav Vatsa was extremely helpful, guiding me through every step of the process. However, I think the integration with HubSpot could use more detailed instructions. For example, it took me two weeks to figure out that I needed to select Zonka Feedback as a filter on the contact page to see their activity. I picked Zonka Feedback over SurveyMonkey because the latter doesn't offer a free trial for HubSpot integration and their customer support was unhelpful and often misinformed. They wrongly told me they didn't have a HubSpot integration and that I would need to use Zapier, which would result in additional costs. However, HubSpot confirmed that they had a direct integration and no third party like Zapier was necessary.

I am extremely satisfied with the performance of the reliable and mature SaaS, Zonka Feedback. Although survey collecting SaaS can be complex, Zonka Feedback is transparent, easy to understand, and user-friendly, yet comprehensive and well-designed. It saves me a significant amount of time and offers numerous templates, which I can easily modify or use to create my own surveys. It generates professional reports that I can readily share with my team. These reports are clearly designed by experienced professionals. The software also includes a trends report and many other features that I haven't seen in other survey SaaS. Zonka Feedback is valuable as it allows users to learn more about survey best practices. I am truly pleased with its use and performance. In the growth plan, it even allows me to create custom reports.

Overall, I think Zonka Feedback is great at easily gathering survey responses, which assists us in tailoring our services to customer needs. I value the simplicity of creating and distributing surveys. However, I find the data analytics provided to be average and not completely fulfilling our organization's needs. We selected Zonka Feedback because it was relatively less expensive and met our organization's compliance requirements.
