I stopped using ActiveDEMAND after a year due to frustration and a sense of futility. Despite the team behind it being good people, I found the product itself to be inferior and lacking in a strong customer experience for both resellers and end users. While ActiveDEMAND has high potential and markets itself as a comprehensive marketing solution, offering phone tracking, automated email services, and white label customer interfaces, I found the platform to be not customer-friendly. The GUI was clumsy and not intuitive, and there were not enough templates to kickstart a robust campaign. The customer support was slow to respond and lacked online support documentation. The cost was comparable to competing platforms that offered better interfaces, stronger customer support, and more templates. When I shared my feedback, the vendor informed me that they now have a full marketing stack and improved support in several languages, suggesting I might want to reconsider using the platform.

My experience with ActiveDEMAND has been extremely disappointing. I've had difficulties setting up certain functions and found the software to be inflexible and unintuitive. Some features are nonsensical, and others, like the Dynamic Content, are unreliable. When I sought clarification, the responses were unsatisfactory. I also discovered hidden fees that were not initially disclosed, making me feel like I've wasted significant time, effort, and money. Additionally, customer service is not available in the morning for those in the European timezone, which is inconvenient. The only redeeming feature was the concept of Dynamic Content, which could have been revolutionary if implemented correctly. I initially chose ActiveDEMAND for this feature, but I'm now considering switching due to its overall poor performance and unreliability.
