I am absolutely thrilled with Apptivo! After several attempts, I finally managed to connect an IMAP account to their services. They initially suggested that the mail service I was using wasn't set up correctly, but as the provider of the hosting service, I was able to confirm that it was functioning perfectly. I tested the IMAP details with several apps, including WordPress, Outlook, and Thunderbird, and everything worked seamlessly. When I tried to connect with Apptivo, I did encounter some challenges, but their support team was there to assist me every step of the way, never hesitating to point out potential issues with the mail service. After creating a new account with a different mail service, I was successful! I highly recommend this excellent service and its support team, especially Vagnesh, who was particularly helpful and patient throughout the process.

Truly, one of the worst CRM systems I've encountered
Honestly, Apptivo is one of the worst CRM systems I've ever used in my 3 years of experience. It's slow, unattractive, disorganized, and lacks structure. It's confusing and requires me to repeat my notes and tasks in multiple places for every call or lead. Simply put, it's really, really bad.
