Pros from reviewers

  • Easy to use: Nutshell is user-friendly and easy to train sales staff on, typically getting them operational within half an hour

  • Customizable features: Nutshell offers a wide range of customizable features suitable for small to medium-sized businesses, including the ability to customize lists, merge contacts or companies

  • Excellent reporting features: Despite some limitations, Nutshell's reporting features are excellent for software at this price point, providing valuable insights for businesses

  • Integration with other software: Nutshell integrates seamlessly with other software such as Outlook and Gmail, making it a versatile tool for managing business operations

  • Sales pipeline management: Nutshell's most beneficial feature is its sales pipeline management, which effectively manages every complex and tedious stage of sales, providing analytics and reporting capabilities for research and stakeholder presentations.

Cons from reviewers

  • Limited reporting capabilities: While Nutshell offers a range of reporting features, some users find these to be limited in scope and functionality, which can hinder detailed analysis and decision-making

  • Unappealing interface: Despite being functional, the interface of Nutshell is not considered the most visually appealing by some users, which can impact user experience and engagement

  • Difficulty in keeping lead information separate: Nutshell groups together leads that share the same companies and people, even if they aren't relevant to each other. This can cause confusion and make it difficult to manage leads effectively

  • Inconvenient tagging system: Adding a tag to a contact requires the tag to be created in the system first. If the tag doesn't exist, the import fails. This additional step can be time-consuming and inconvenient for users

  • Unreliable document storage: The platform used by Nutshell for storing documents is considered unreliable and difficult to manage by some users, which can hinder document accessibility and organization.

An Unexpected Adventure with Nutshell Insurance

My experience with Nutshell was quite an adventure! I received an email and text notifying me that my insurance was cancelled, which was a surprise. But hey, life is full of surprises, right? There was no contact number provided, but that didn't stop me. I reached out to Nutshell through their online chat, which was super convenient. They asked me for some information, which was unexpected, but I was more than willing to provide it. The only hiccup was that I didn't have an email contact to send it to. But I'm not one to give up easily, so I tried emailing their info email address. I'm still waiting for a response, but I'm sure they're just busy helping other customers. I've had vehicle insurance for over 4 years, and this is a new experience for me. But hey, it's never too late to learn something new, right? My policy number was 13634588 1, and I'm looking forward to resolving this issue and continuing my journey with Nutshell. After all, every good story has a plot twist!

Ideal B2B CRM Solution for Service Companies

I find Nutshell easy to use, with a wide range of customizable features suitable for small to medium-sized businesses. Its integration with Outlook is praiseworthy. The list of functionalities is impressive and easy to learn, customize, and implement. I value the ability to customize lists, merge contacts or companies, and the reporting features are excellent for software at this price point. Some of the reporting is limited, but it's still better than most alternatives I've tried. The interface may not be the most visually appealing, but it's functional. I chose Nutshell because the price-quality ratio was superior, and the B2B sales features that allowed us to cater to individual customers were robust.

Four Years with Nutshell: A User's Journey

I've been using Nutshell for the past 4 years and my experience has been excellent. They are receptive to feedback and have implemented many features that I suggested, proving that they value user input. I was responsible for choosing a CRM and after thorough research, I opted for Nutshell and have never looked back. The CRM is user-friendly and easy to train sales staff on, typically getting them operational within half an hour. It's not like Salesforce - you don't need a degree to use it! I'm such a fan of Nutshell that I recommend it to my other clients who hire me for their marketing management. I have over 6 clients using Nutshell and they are all pleased with the product. There are a few features I'd like to see added, such as the ability to "star" the main contact within the company field and have that information transfer to the lead. I chose Nutshell because it's more customizable. I switched from Copper because it wasn't.

Unexpected Account Freeze: My Experience with Nutshell Subscription Upgrade

I had an interesting experience with Nutshell, which I consider to be a unique service provider. I upgraded my account yesterday and was surprised to find it frozen after 5 minutes. Today, I was informed that my account has expired, despite having just updated my Nutshell subscription. It was a bit of a shock, but I'm sure there's a reasonable explanation. I had subscribed to the Nutshell Campaigns plan for 1, contacts, which cost me $1.. It's a great deal for such a comprehensive service. The next invoice date was supposed to be on January 1, 224, but I received an email stating that my subscription had expired on December 11, 223. It's a bit confusing, but I'm confident that the Nutshell team will sort it out. Despite this hiccup, I'm still excited about the potential of this service. I'm looking forward to seeing how Nutshell can help me manage my contacts and campaigns more effectively. I'm sure once this misunderstanding is cleared up, I'll be even more satisfied with their service.
