      I find EngageBay to be developer-friendly, which is essential when I need to customize things like contact forms or emails. It's very user-friendly and easy to navigate. The support team is excellent, providing fast and helpful assistance. The software offers a lot for a reasonable cost compared to its competitors and it's very stable and reliable. However, some features could use some improvement, like the reporting feature. I would appreciate if they could enhance their reporting capabilities. Currently, I have to export raw csv data and transform it before I can report on it. I chose EngageBay CRM because of its price and the initial experience of using their free account, which offers a lot of features. I switched to EngageBay CRM from Mailchimp because it offers more for a similar price.
