      I've been testing various CRMs for my private practice where I offer online therapy for speech, language, and learning. Close.io stood out due to its rich features and customization options. It's ideal for an individual, unlike many CRMs that are built for sales teams. I managed to integrate it with my domain name email and import all my contacts from Gmail. Close.io is primarily for those making initial sales, but it also suits my needs as I often retain clients for several years. I was able to assign statuses to my clients, such as "paused" or "completed goals". I could also gather leads from my Wordpress site using Planso Forms, which generate a new lead in Close.io. The ability to add a phone line and send bulk emails were unexpected features that I haven't encountered in other CRMs. I can also create emails. I'm speaking in the first person.

      Shining Prospects with Close.IO

      I previously used Close.IO at my former company and it's the only CRM I fully endorse. When I suggested updating our existing CRM tool, my team had several questions and concerns.
