      Adaptable and Robust APIs with CloudBlue PSA

      The integration of Salesforce and ServiceMax didn't meet our needs, forcing us to conduct many processes outside the system and resulting in lost valuable information. Whenever we faced a problem, we had to gather all the facts before addressing the necessary questions to resolve issues, as all information was scattered. However, with Harmony, we can manage multiple quotes, despite our unique sales process, and all this information is readily available without manual input into Salesforce. We appreciate the ease of configuring this to our workflow without altering our business model to suit the product, and the ability to use the APIs. However, there are limitations in customizing screens for end-users, which can confuse some employees when faced with fields and choices they don't use. We chose CloudBlue PSA because its service desk workflows were superior to all others. The API calls demonstrated that the code is modern and efficient, which is crucial for us as we need the ability to make API calls.

      HarmonyPSA: A Modern, Agile PSA with Comprehensive Features and Excellent Support

      I use HarmonyPSA for Managed IT services and it fulfills all our needs including CRM, service desk, sales, purchasing, billing, invoicing, and asset management. After two decades of using in-house solutions, we finally found a third-party solution that meets all our requirements. HarmonyPSA is the only PSA that met our needs for a modern, powerful service desk. Most other PSA solutions were ruled out because they didn't support HTML in ticket comments. HarmonyPSA uses modern technology and a responsive web design, making it compatible with all devices and screen sizes. Their contract management handles all our recurring billing, including edge cases. The sales, quoting, and purchasing features are flexible and have plenty of approval and release stages to facilitate an organized workflow and delegation of duties among our team. Dynamic URL links and editable HTML templates allow for customization and integrations. Despite having a small team, their staff is very knowledgeable about the product.
