The website is user-friendly, making it easy to locate necessary information. The sign-up process was quick and straightforward, leaving a positive first impression of the company. The scheduling feature is simple and efficient. However, I wish the free plan offered more features. After trying the "Solo" plan, it was difficult to revert to the basic plan. I would especially appreciate having email follow-ups.

I find Cogsworth to be a highly effective and easy-to-use appointment-making software that saves time. It has been crucial in helping me organize thousands of interviews without any confusion or overbooking. I value the ability to create multiple events for various topics and the option to ask questions to the person I'm meeting with. The software also allows me to mark required and optional fields, and it offers stored responses which save time and generate ideas. It's extremely beneficial for my professional level as it not only saves time but also helps gather valuable information, improve communication, and prepare better arguments for my target audience. My only issue is that it doesn't allow me to white label, which I sometimes prefer so that the person doesn't know what software I used. However, overall, I am satisfied with both the plan and the price.

Even if I change jobs, I would still endorse Cogsworth at my new workplace due to its remarkable efficiency and value. I started using Cogsworth by chance, as it was already in use at my current company. I remember a time management meeting where we were trying to reduce administrative tasks. We were spending too much time on international calls and sending multiple emails just to arrange a single meeting. A colleague suggested using an appointment scheduling software and based on her past experience, we opted for Cogsworth. Now, we can concentrate our marketing and sales efforts on more important tasks, and the days of sending three to four emails are gone. However, the analytics could be better. I would like to see data on who intended to schedule an event but didn't finish it. This would help me understand their behavior and see if there's any step they're avoiding.
