I appreciate Cohere's live view of our product and its ability to assist with product flow issues. It provides a clear view of product usage and its real-time problem-solving feature is invaluable, particularly during product launch. It has simplified the process of assisting customers with issues. However, the replay feature lacks adequate filters to be truly useful. Also, the pricing seems high for the number of sessions, as we constantly run out. We would use replays more if we could filter sessions by multiple URLs visited, for instance.
