There's no option to adjust your plan on the website once it's activated, which I found to be a secure feature, ensuring that changes aren't made without proper consultation. The online meeting was a great opportunity to have a detailed discussion about our needs and how to best utilize the software. We've been eagerly waiting for a month for a resolution after the meeting, and I appreciate their thoroughness in ensuring they provide the best solution for us. We've been in constant communication with them, and their responsiveness has been commendable. Overall, the customer experience has been unique and engaging, and we're considering extending our subscription to continue exploring this innovative service.

      In my view, Factorial is a superb HR platform that enables you to manage everything in one tool. It's extremely user-friendly, whether you're in the HR department or an employee managing your own needs. Requesting a day off is simple and quick, with my manager receiving an alert to approve or deny it. I can keep track of all employees' schedules, holidays, and precise work hours. Additionally, all employee information is readily available. However, I think there should be a more efficient way to monitor attendance, possibly by integrating with a work tool to prevent forgetting to log worker attendance. In my situation, I had to set a daily alarm to remember to do so.
