Significant Upgrade from Our Previous System
I've had a positive experience with the Donesafe software, using it to develop a complex Integrated Management System (IMS) over six months. However, this required a dedicated staff member, adding to the cost. I believe there's room for improvement that would benefit most users as Donesafe continues to evolve. Five months after launching, we're capturing meaningful data within the system. While reporting in Donesafe can be limited, it can be exported to third-party software for in-depth analysis. The system is modular, ranging from simple to complex IMS. Its workflow and automation features minimize double handling and improve processes from the paper copy days. On the downside, the print function is messy, support and requested development can be slow, reporting options are limited, and video integration is restricted to YouTube and Vimeo. The mobile app is basic and Donesafe doesn't provide a manual or training.

Ideal for Our Compliance Management Needs
Donesafe has been crucial in centralizing our company's compliance software management, helping to avoid repeating past compliance issues. Its most significant contribution is its ability to merge our entire compliance infrastructure into one platform by creating apps specific to our organization. It also enables us to proactively prevent compliance issues with its powerful analysis tools. However, I feel there should be more advanced reports in the management panel. While Donesafe's support team is quick to respond to tickets, I don't find their knowledge of the platform's features, functions, and custom implementations to be excellent. I chose Donesafe because it excelled at gathering compliance apps in one location and it was the best platform to unify our compliance infrastructure. The Donesafe team thanked me for my review and expressed their delight that I found their product ideal for my business needs.

DoneSafe Reporting Experience: A Mixed Bag
My experience with hsi-donesafe has been disappointing. The support service was inadequate, providing only one hour per month, and I was still required to pay for a product I couldn't utilize. Although it's a useful tool for reporting hazards, incidents, and creating action plans, the training on how to use the software was below average. The cost for support was also exorbitant. I initially chose HSI Donesafe due to their impressive sales and marketing. However, after I left a review, the Donesafe team responded, asking me to contact my company's Donesafe super admin user or their support for further help.
