Progressing Well, Yet Needs Refinement
I find Humi to be a fantastic little platform. The team is very approachable and hardworking, but I constantly have to watch out for bugs or updates regarding employees. I appreciate its user-friendliness for staff and its clean, simple layout. However, there are minor but crucial improvements needed within many of its features. It sometimes takes a while for these updates or implementations to occur. For instance, the current feature for work schedules doesn't really accommodate employees with rotating schedules. Synchronization is also urgently needed for my MS Teams status when I have approved leave. I chose Humi years ago, but I can't remember why now.
