Progressing Well, Yet Needs Refinement
I find Humi to be a fantastic little platform. The team is very approachable and hardworking, but I constantly have to watch out for bugs or updates regarding employees. I appreciate its user-friendliness for staff and its clean, simple layout. However, there are minor but crucial improvements needed within many of its features. It sometimes takes a while for these updates or implementations to occur. For instance, the current feature for work schedules doesn't really accommodate employees with rotating schedules. Synchronization is also urgently needed for my MS Teams status when I have approved leave. I chose Humi years ago, but I can't remember why now.

Excellent HRIS Solution, Tailored for Canadian Businesses
The software has been performing excellently for me and the onboarding and support staff from Humi have been very good. The value is exceptional. As a Canadian company, Humi has met all my needs, especially accommodating our multiple workweek schedules for 4-day and 5-day workweeks. However, the biggest drawback is the lack of a mobile app and the website doesn't function well on mobile browsers. This means that crucial functions like time-off requests and approvals have to be done on a computer. I chose Humi for its support for our required features and its cost. I switched from BambooHR because it didn't support multiple work schedules which we require for employees on both 4-day and 5-day workweeks. Their support and product staff had no plans to support this feature.
