Struggling to Embrace Jostle
I'm not very happy with Jostle and I miss using Workplace. The one positive aspect I can mention is the ability to view multiple columns at once. However, I find it frustrating to use the website on my phone as I often can't post updates and pictures don't update correctly. The news feed also tends to freeze. These issues seem to be specific to my iPhone, but my colleagues have reported similar problems on their mobile devices. The switch to Jostle was a decision made by my company admins due to its supposed better integration with other apps. In response to my complaints, the vendor suggested I use the Jostle mobile app for a better experience.

I have been utilizing the Jostle platform for nearly three years at my current organization and have had the opportunity to work closely with their team. They are extremely responsive and committed to delivering top-notch customer service. Our organization, which consists of over 400 employees with diverse technical skills, often struggles with emphasizing the significance of effective internal communication and content sharing. Jostle was very receptive when we proposed a digital workshop to assist our employees, even creating a presentation and workbook for a two-hour session at our company. They are clearly dedicated to ensuring our employees maximize the use of the Jostle platform. I also value Jostle's responsiveness to customer feedback. They are consistently open to user suggestions and if a feature is beneficial, they implement it. This is remarkable as many Intranet platforms I've previously used are outdated and lack innovation. Jostle is user-friendly, easy to comprehend, and straightforward.

Jostle: Our Team's Daily Essential!
As a member of the Megson FitzPatrick Insurance team, I find Jostle to be an essential part of our daily operations. Most of us use it daily, actively engaging and posting on the platform. It's where we share all our team events and celebrations, both personal and professional. Despite having team members spread across the country, Jostle helps us maintain a close community feel. I can't envision our company without it. Our favorite feature is the Activity/News Feed, which we can export into an excel document. This is especially useful for acknowledging exceptional work by team members, who are then entered into a prize draw. At the end of each month, I export the activity feed and conduct the draw. Jostle is quite intuitive, making it easy for all employees to use. However, I wish there were more customization options for news articles, such as formatting, font colors, and types. I also find the Library section a bit confusing with its many layers.
