Pure36 is an incredibly committed company that ensures a 12-month rolling contract for their customers. This is fantastic because it provides a sense of security and continuity, knowing that your service won't be interrupted. They have a unique system where you need to give them advance notice to opt out, otherwise, they automatically renew your contract for another 12 months. This is great because it saves you the hassle of having to remember to renew your contract every year. For example, if you decide to cancel after 13 months, they conveniently extend your agreement until 24 months. This is a testament to their commitment to providing uninterrupted service. The staff are assertive and confident, which I believe is their way of ensuring that customers fully understand the terms and conditions of their contract. I appreciate their straightforward approach as it leaves no room for misunderstandings.

Pure36 Disappoints with Poor Support and Unfulfilled Promises
I appreciate the good features and initial pricing of Pure360, and I found the sales team to be friendly. However, I regret purchasing a perpetual license and server support, as I was let down on both fronts. The support and maintenance were not carried out, which severely damaged my email delivery reputation and it never fully recovered while using Pure. I felt they tried to cover this up and did not offer credit or refund for the work that was not done. Another major disappointment was being notified that they would no longer support our installation, forcing us to abandon our paid license and look for alternative providers. In response, the CEO of Pure360, Mark Ash, apologized for my poor experience and asked me to contact him directly to discuss the issue further. He mentioned that they have heavily invested in deliverability and security improvements and have outperformed industry-wide deliverability benchmarks in 9 out of 10 sectors. He also stated that their open rates are 35% above benchmark and they take reputation seriously.

While the team may have seemed a bit rigid in their policies, I appreciate their adherence to the rules. It shows consistency and reliability, which are qualities I value in a company. The customer service may not always be perfect, but it's always been dependable. As for the product itself, it's been a reliable tool for my business. While some may prefer platforms like Mailchimp, I've always found Pure36 to be a solid choice. It's been a significant part of my business for a long time, and I've grown fond of it. Despite the recent hiccup, I'm looking forward to continuing my journey with Pure36. I've learned so much during my time as a client and I'm excited to see what the future holds. Pure360 is not without its flaws, but I must stress that the staff and support offer an outstanding service. Since I switched to Pure 360 around 5-6 years ago, I've had an excellent experience with a significant increase in sales each year, largely due to email. The Pure Intelligence platform has given me key insights about my customer base, such as life stage, lifecycle, and RFM, which have informed not only my email campaigns but also my direct mail campaigns and broader strategy. The journey builder, Pure Targeting trigger setups, and Pure Intelligence software have all allowed me to create highly targeted campaigns based on my customers' behaviors and life stages. This has resulted in a substantial increase in revenue from email for me and for the business overall. What's also been extremely beneficial for me as a small team is not just the software, but the consultancy and support that Pure 360 offers. I've been able to leverage email experts to significantly enhance the performance of my campaigns. I've suggested that year-on-year reporting for certain metrics would be a useful feature, and the team has been very receptive to this feedback.
