Exploring the Charm and Customer Service of SurveyMonkey Enterprise
I've had quite an interesting experience with SurveyMonkey Enterprise! I was surprised to find an account fee linked to a former employer, a company I haven't been associated with for almost 2 years. I reached out to SurveyMonkey to clarify the situation and they were quick to respond. Although they couldn't immediately reverse the charge, they were eager to help me make the most of the account, which I found quite proactive. The product itself has its own unique features, but I must say, it's a different experience compared to Google forms which offers a lot of functionalities for free. However, SurveyMonkey has its own charm and can be a great tool depending on your needs. Their customer service was a learning experience for me and it's something I appreciate. It's always a journey with them and I'm excited to see how they evolve their practices in the future. I'd say, give it a shot and see how it works for you!

I've recently had the opportunity to explore the new Device Removal Limit feature on SurveyMonkey Enterprise and I must say, it's an interesting addition! This feature allows you to authorize two devices and remove one of them up to 1 times. It's a great way to manage device access and maintain security. In my company, we have a unique setup where we assign new IP addresses with each reboot and have a policy against accepting browser cookies. This means I often have to reauthorize my device, even though it's the same computer. But guess what? SurveyMonkey's help desk was quick to offer a solution - they suggested accepting their cookies to avoid this. While my company's policy doesn't allow this, I appreciate SurveyMonkey's proactive approach in offering a solution. Plus, it's a testament to their commitment to user privacy and security. And let's not forget, I'm getting all these fantastic services for just over $45 annually, which is a great deal! So, while I'm navigating this new feature, I'm also excited about the potential it holds. I'm looking forward to seeing how SurveyMonkey continues to innovate and enhance user experience in the future!
