I find TalkWalker to be a time-saving tool as it removes the need for me to manually search the web for mentions of my company. I value its feature of tracking keywords I set up and sending me daily digest emails of these keyword mentions on social media and across the web. I wouldn't alter anything about it. It's highly affordable and user-friendly. It's very straightforward.

Top Choice for Real-Time Alerts!
I believe Talkwalker Alerts is far superior to Google Alerts, which I still use. I receive more updates with Talkwalker, benefiting our PR and social media teams by providing real-time updates on our name in the news and relevant topics. I especially appreciate how it includes Tweets and directs me straight to Twitter to see the mention. However, sometimes I receive multiple alerts for the same mention, which can clutter my inbox.
