Talkwalker: Great Presentation, Lacking in Data Mining Capabilities
I have mixed feelings about Talkwalker. It has improved my data visualization and understanding of analytics metrics, but my overall experience has been less than stellar. I appreciate the numerous filters it provides, allowing me to refine my data. Its visualization is impressive and user-friendly, and I enjoy the separate dashboard feature for managing multiple clients. However, I find its data mining and sentiment tagging lacking, and I question the accuracy of its data. I also noticed discrepancies between the dashboard data and the downloaded data. I switched to Talkwalker due to an organizational decision and because our previous tool, Sysomos, had issues with data inefficiency and server problems.

Talkwalker: A Swift, User-Friendly Tool for Effective Social Media Monitoring
I find Talkwalker to be user-friendly and a significant improvement from Social Studio. I don't regret making the switch. It's quick, easy to navigate, and extremely useful in managing sentiment. I'm a fan of the widgets, reporting features, and additional perks like being able to send emails to users and monitor crises. However, I do find it restrictive that it only functions as a social media listening tool and doesn't provide a comprehensive solution that includes advertising spends and content management. I switched to Talkwalker because it offers more in terms of social media monitoring and analysis.

Challenging UX and Outcomes with Talkwalker
I find the user experience of Talkwalker clunky and the results it provides can essentially be obtained from Google trends or other free sources. However, I really appreciate the word cloud feature.
