      I effectively communicate with my customers about sales using TapMango. Its auto campaign feature keeps customers engaged and reminded about my store in a non-intrusive way. The program provides a unique way for customers to earn discounts. I've tried several rewards programs, but none compare to TapMango. My customers love it and it's very user-friendly. When I launch a custom campaign for a sale, my sales numbers significantly increase. The program easily pays for its monthly fee within the first few days of each month. I highly recommend TapMango. As a smaller company, their service is fast and tailored to my specific account. However, they don't yet have official integrations with some big name POS software companies, but they are actively working on this.

      Tap Mango is the most essential tool I use for my business. It was crucial before Covid for maintaining customer engagement and encouraging repeat visits. After Covid, it has been instrumental in communicating with customers about store changes. The app has also allowed us to offer Pickup and Curbside options. The support I receive from my account manager is top-notch, always providing answers and suggestions for improving my business with Tap Mango tools. The chat support is also excellent, being fast and responsive. Tap Mango's most significant features are its ability to gather customer contact information and communicate with them in various ways. It also enables me to run a professionally branded rewards program linked to a customized app for mobile ordering. I especially appreciate the Dashboard Customer Traffic Graph, which displays the effectiveness of my campaigns. While the mobile ordering has improved since I started using the app, there's still room for improvement in marking items as "Unavailable" and increasing the depth of discounts/specials offered.

      Great Potential, But Setup Proved Challenging

      I had a decent loyalty program for my boutique, but when Tap Mango offered more features for less money, I decided to switch, even though my previous provider was cheaper. This was right before the start of our biggest shopping season. I was promised a smooth transition, but it was anything but. There were delays, a tablet that died, and other issues. I expected great customer service to compensate, but I felt like I was constantly chasing them for answers. They claimed to value family businesses like mine, but I didn't feel cared for when I had to redo my promotions because our new customer loyalty program wasn't ready. In the end, I cancelled and now I warn others to be careful with Tap Mango. I never really got what I was promised.
