Comprehensive Marketing Suite in One Tool
I find the overall setup of User.com very easy. I especially appreciate the Email Automation, CRM, and Analytics features. I'm also drawn to the simple UI design and the numerous integrations it provides. However, I do miss some features such as Magicmap and in-app video calls. The vendor responded to my feedback, expressing thanks and mentioning plans to introduce in-app video calls next year. They responded in December 2020.

I was genuinely pleased with our decision to choose User.com. It was a bit challenging to learn, but it proved to be a worthwhile investment. It's crucial to share your knowledge with your team so that you're not the only one who understands the inner workings. The support was a bit of a mixed bag. I spent many hours configuring it and setting up automation rules, which led to numerous questions. I was often told "it's not possible at the moment", but I also received excellent assistance, including additional debugging and programming tips. Despite these challenges, the tool itself performs its job excellently. If I had to choose a marketing automation app, I would likely choose User.com again due to its numerous useful features. However, it does have a steep learning curve and lacks some basic functions, such as subscription management for email subscribers. It also doesn't allow you to copy and paste automation blocks, which can be time-consuming. We chose User.com because of its pricing and functionality. We switched.
