I find Wipster very user-friendly and appreciate its smooth workflow. My clients also find it easy to use. I have no complaints about the desktop site and they've even fixed a previous issue with srt compatibility. The mobile app could be improved, but it's not a significant problem for me.

Streamlining Video Review and Approval with Wipster
My experience with Wipster was decent. I noticed that my clients often chose to communicate via email or phone instead of updating Wipster, which meant I had to do it myself, wasting some time. However, Wipster is a visually attractive platform that accelerates post-production. My clients seem comfortable using it when they remember to. It's an excellent tool for managing remote video editing projects with clients. The system for receiving editing notes is highly professional, which enhances the workflow. One of the most time-consuming aspects of post-production is waiting for client feedback during various editing rounds, and Wipster helps mitigate this. It's one of the best platforms for managing editing notes from clients as a video editor. My only issue is with the name. Wipster doesn't quite resonate with the industry I work in, but most people are familiar with it and aren't bothered. The name does sound a bit silly.

Overall, I consider Wipster to be a highly effective and robust tool for sharing videos for review and approval. While other tools may operate faster or offer more features, I prefer a more affordable service that excels in the basics rather than a more expensive one with unnecessary extras. I appreciate the ability to share high-quality videos with clients using various settings, and the fact that clients can easily comment directly on the video. However, unless the reviewer logs into Wipster, comments turn into a one-way conversation. Most of the time, I find myself having to send an email to respond to comments, rendering replies within Wipster almost pointless.
