Adding comments and sending it to clients for feedback is simple. However, I believe the price increase to the second level with more features is quite high for a small business, particularly when compared to the lowest paid account.

Wipster is one of my go-to tools in film production workflow. It has significantly streamlined the feedback process of a project since I started using it years ago. It's extremely user-friendly, enabling clients to effortlessly log in, watch the film, and leave comments. All conversations can be contained within Wipster, removing the need for numerous emails and documents. It also lets me monitor who has seen the project and offers a more comprehensive view of the feedback process. The only occasional problem is with uploading, but this is a rare event.
