I am able to use Freshmarketer for free and it provides numerous tools at no cost. It's evident that they prioritize the needs and challenges of their users and businesses. The user experience is fantastic. I was in search of a solution to understand why my conversions were low. I had many assumptions and hypotheses, but testing each one would have been time-consuming. Then I discovered Freshmarketer. It's a comprehensive tool that enables me to test all my hypotheses through iterative experimentation. They are also an excellent resource, skilled at explaining a process, its importance, and its benefits. I especially appreciate their forum analysis feature. However, setting up the first test does require some time and there is a learning curve involved, as with everything.
