      Initially, I had a hard time with GoodDay, but once I got the hang of its tools, it was a game-changer. The dashboards are aesthetically pleasing, clear, and logical. The multitude of features in the paid version can be a bit much, but they're all beneficial. I wish there was a trial option, as my clients and employees often want to try out the tool before fully committing. Navigating through projects and dashboards is easy, and the customer service is prompt and helpful. The visibility and real-time status on the dashboard are impressive. However, the software does occasionally crash due to maintenance during work hours. Also, training new users on the many features can be a bit of a challenge. I switched to GoodDay because of a client requirement.
