I am absolutely thrilled with the Hired software! It caters to all my needs perfectly. The automatic resume scanning feature is the most precise I've ever encountered, with the only minor hiccup being when it comes to contracting gigs where I've worked for multiple clients through a third party. But that's a small price to pay for such an efficient system. I was over the moon when I received my first interview request the very same morning my profile was approved. The ability to track my interview requests is a fantastic feature that I greatly appreciate. What's more, the system even assists employers in self-selection, saving precious time for both parties. I couldn't be happier with my experience using Hired!

I've been using Hired on and off at various companies to help with technical hiring. The software lets me connect with multiple candidates easily and aids in filling roles quickly. It gives me straightforward access to candidate profiles, including resumes, and lets me chat, schedule interviews, and confirm compensation and requirements directly on the platform. It also syncs with some Applicant Tracking Systems, making the candidate process smoother. However, I wish it also offered business candidates, not just technical ones. I'd also like more transparency about the other companies the candidate is interviewing with and their current job search status.
