I had a flawless experience with Nectar from start to finish. I selected and ordered my mattress online and it was delivered to my bed within a week. The service was efficient and communication was excellent throughout. I would recommend them and I hope the mattress quality is just as good.

I use Nectar to recognize individuals who help me. Once I've exhausted my monthly points to give, I must wait until the next month. It enables me to provide 'tangible' recognition to those who go above and beyond. I don't use it often, only to distribute my monthly points, so I find it hard to remember how to 'recognize' someone each time as I find the interface not very user-friendly. I get confused when I see 'someone' in a field where I think I should enter data before clicking give. I would prefer something like 'Type in the name of the person to be recognized here.' This is my Keep It Simple Stupid (KISS) approach.

Tracking a specific person's progress is not straightforward, as you have to scroll through the page to find someone who has given them points before. The interface is quite basic, offering limited interaction.
