With Performly, I've been able to improve governance and transparency through performance monitoring and evaluation. It's great that we can exchange feedback, set goals, create surveys, and constantly enhance our performance. I value that Performly enables us to hold direct 1X1 sessions to review performance and establish goals to be met within a specific timeframe. We can also discuss strategies to achieve these goals. I'm impressed by the organized dashboards provided by Performly, which show various performance metrics approved by the organization's management. Through these, we can monitor performance improvement and progress towards our goals. I haven't faced any major issues with Performly, just minor content formatting problems that I've managed to overcome with practice.

Exceptional Assessment Solution
I appreciate the straightforward objective settings in Performly Talent, including due dates, weight, key results, and milestones. I also enjoy the ability to add various competencies and the 360 reviews option, which encompasses Self Review, Sub Review, Reverse Review, and Peers Review. The feedback feature is excellent, enabling me to provide feedback to an employee and link it to an objective, as well as set its visibility to Public, Private (Manager only), or Private (One to One). However, there are some usability issues that need addressing, such as the difficulty in viewing previous evaluations for subs. The reports are basic and could be enhanced. I received a response from the vendor in May 2021 thanking me for my valuable feedback.
