I was thrilled to discover that Really Simple Systems CRM offered me a free plan initially. To my surprise, they upgraded me to a paid plan with a 14-day trial period. It wasn't just any plan, but the second most premium one! They generously added a few extra features, which added immense value to my experience, although it did increase the cost a bit. The free option was subtly placed, which made it a bit of a challenge to switch back to, but hey, who doesn't love a good challenge? It felt like a treasure hunt, and I was the adventurer! Some might call this a sales strategy, but I found it to be an interesting twist. I managed to navigate through it, and it added a bit of excitement to my day. After I reviewed them, they took the initiative to access my data and publicly shared some information about my engagement with them on the internet. They disclosed the duration of my usage and the extent of my interactions on their platform. It felt like a badge of honor, having my engagement with them recognized and shared. It's not every day that a company takes the time to highlight a user's journey. It was a unique experience, and I recommend everyone to try it out!

I have been able to successfully grow my business with the assistance of Really Simple Systems CRM. It offered great value for money when we were just starting out. Unlike other well-known CRM platforms like Salesforce and Dynamics, which can be costly for a small to medium enterprise with around 30 light CRM users, Really Simple Systems provides excellent value for small businesses, which I believe is its unique selling point. The team is quick to respond and has consistently enhanced the CRM over the years. I especially value the permissions system, which lets us provide custom access to different teams in our business. The integration with Kashflow, an accounting software, is incredibly beneficial and removes unnecessary duplication in our business processes. The marketing module has significantly driven new business and is very cost-effective. The activity section allows us to maintain good records of client contacts, and we can easily bcc email communications into the client record. The layout of fields is simple to modify according to our business needs, and we can add extra fields.
