Overall, I find Really Simple Systems CRM quite decent, though not as impressive as Pipedrive. It's generally user-friendly, but the sales management feature is lacking, particularly when it comes to leaving comments and notes, which I feel undermines the entire system. The emailer is also not very intuitive; it's challenging to get fonts and spacing correct and it's not immediately clear when you've made errors. I had to make sure all the fonts were consistent. The feature for recording sales conversations is also subpar. I opted for Really Simple Systems CRM because I wanted to try a new system. I transitioned to this software when I changed companies as it was their preferred choice. I had the opportunity to switch, but I've stayed with Really Simple Systems CRM so far. The vendor responded to my review, offering me to schedule some time with their technical support team to better understand how to optimize the sales management and marketing features.

I find Really Simple Systems CRM easy to use and appreciate the extensive help and education provided. The onscreen appearance is clear, concise, and visually pleasing. However, I'm disappointed by the absence of a merge mail feature for inserting data into a 'live' document for mailing. Also, forming groups of contacts through the report system is quite tedious. I chose this CRM because it appeared to be the most user-friendly with a simple screen format that adapts well to my work procedures. I switched to this from ACT due to compatibility issues with Apple.
