Not a Fan of Sprinklr
I don't frequently use Sprinklr software, but when I do, I struggle to use it correctly. It's quite complicated and lacks the tools I require. However, I do appreciate its ability to consolidate all my company's social media accounts in one location. I primarily use it for Twitter, but its search tool is subpar. Additionally, I can't post certain content formats, like polls, which complicates my job. I didn't choose Sprinklr personally, but rather because it's the software my company decided to use.

I find Sprinklr's Social Listening workflow to be excellent as it simplifies the process of monitoring and responding to untagged mentions across various platforms. Its post tagging, reporting, and social listening functions are extremely powerful. Although it may initially take some time to navigate the tool, once familiar, the benefits and usability of the software are outstanding.

It has simplified campaign attribution and return on investment analysis for my team and me. We mainly use Sprinklr for social media and marketing management in our communications department, but also to disseminate pertinent information to other divisions. It provides a broad array of reporting options and has automated our daily, weekly, and monthly routines. Their customer service is quick to respond and helpful in resolving any problems. However, the platform's APIs do not support some features like Instagram story videos, which might necessitate us to use native apps instead. Also, Sprinklr can be costly for a large brand that needs to run numerous listening queries.
