Beneficial to Include Survicate in Your Toolkit
I believe that Survicate disproves the idea that surveys are outdated and hard to manage. I've created many surveys with my clients on this platform and we've always been very satisfied with the whole process. However, I would recommend a change in the pricing. While Survicate provides a decent free option, it's not enough and the jump to the next pricing level is quite substantial.

Excellent Survey Solution for Comprehensive Data Capture
Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Survicate. I would recommend diving in and exploring the numerous features and possibilities it offers, as they are well-structured. I valued the suggestions provided and the ability to edit from a template, as well as the option to download results with the paid version. The free version also offers a lot of value. I found most integrations, especially with Intercom, to be straightforward and appreciated the simplicity of creating surveys, either from scratch or using a template. It's also very easy to ensure unbiased questions and there are excellent data capture options. However, I did find it frustrating to send a single link that collects identified information without using an email tool. Without integrating the survey into Intercom, Marketo, or another email tool, sending an identified email link can be cumbersome. We often have those emails blocked by email servers, so being able to send a link individually is important.

Caution - They Halt Surveys for Respondents!
While conducting a survey, Survicate unexpectedly froze my access, insisting on an upgrade. After upgrading, I had to resend the survey, which was a frustrating and nonsensical process. The software is quite costly, particularly for regular surveys. A thousand responses per month cost 1500 a year at the base rate, which rapidly becomes expensive. I wouldn't recommend Survicate due to these pricing freezes and total shutdowns of active surveys. The sole reason I switched to Survicate was for its integration with Intercom.

Superb Software, Exceptional Value
I find Survicate to be excellent, providing ample support with setup and not overcharging for CRM integration like its competitors. We use Survicate for running surveys from Hubspot and it was simple to set up, being much more affordable than other options we considered. There's nothing I dislike about it. With the professional plan, we have access to everything we need at a great price. The setup and management is straightforward, even enabling our marketing team to handle it.

I find Survicate fantastic for launching website intercept surveys quickly and easily due to its user-friendly interface. The software provides numerous customization options for survey visibility and timing on the website. I am impressed by the user-friendly and detailed data outputs and exports. The customer service has been very responsive and helpful, even considering adding functions not yet included in the software. I appreciate the user-friendly survey setup and the ability to preview them easily before launch. There are also customization options for survey visualization and timing. However, there is a delay between launching or editing a survey and its appearance on the website, making testing and changes difficult. The vendor responded positively to my feedback and informed me they have minimized the delay to about 30 seconds to a minute.

Decent Survey Software with Room for Improvement
I had to transfer my user ID from a former employee and in doing so, I had to use his account login. However, there was no data in his account. I reached out to the Survicate team for help and they were able to assist me within an hour. They clarified that they had revoked the previous employee's access to the company information. I questioned why they didn't simply remove him from the user base. Apart from this, the software generally performs well. It doesn't offer as many features as its competitors, but it is functional and user-friendly. It enables me to incorporate contact forms directly onto my website. However, from an admin point of view, it's challenging to navigate on-screen when there are numerous continuous responses. I wish there was a "view all" feature where I could filter responses by date range. From a user standpoint, pop-up surveys are annoying and outdated. The vendor responded to my feedback, stating that they've added the date range filter and are currently working on it.
