01 Is Trustpilot any Good? My expert Review
For some time now I have been working with Trustpilot, and I find it a helpful platform for businesses to build trust with their audience online. One area that really surprised me was the ease of being able to connect with the massive platforms that appear at the very front of Google & Facebook. As I was assisting a client manage their online reputation, I was pulled in because the integration was so simple and I was able to address client feedback with minimal friction - and it alleviated a good deal of stress for my day.
I appreciate the straightforwardness of Trustpilot and their customer support team is phenomenal! When I ran into a small tweak in customizing a review invite with a retail client, Trustpilot's support team was on the screen right in front of me and they guided me through the tweak! A real time saver - and just shows their commitment to looking out for their users.
It wasn't all smooth sailing for me, however. For instance, I was stuck battling a fake negative review during an online e-commerce marketing campaign. The verification process was a long one and the amount of documentation I had to compile was off the charts. And while I appreciate their drive to verify to assure authenticity, there are times when the real customer verification has challenged them. Streamlining this area of the process will ultimately promote more transparency in honest reviews without compromising trust.
Overall, I will still recommend Trustpilot. I will say that In what I have experienced they have made my life and the lives of my clients easier across different sectors with their automation capabilities and customizable options. And even if I encounter a challenge through navigation or a hard-lined policy, Trustpilot is definitely a solid tool for providing online reputation management with ease.

Scam on Trustpilot
I just left a negative review on Trustpilot about a scam with a cancelled POLLO AI subscription. No matter how I write it, my negative review doesn’t go through. Same for two previous reviews about other fraudulent companies with subscriptions; my reviews weren’t published. This is no longer a bug... it’s clear bias. Trustpilot should be boycotted.
