Yearly Discount Dilemma with Userguiding Subscription
I initially purchased Userguiding with an amazing yearly discount that was part of a promotion. I was thrilled to hear that if the promotion returned the following year, I could take advantage of it again to maintain the discounted price. They even mentioned that our existing subscribers can take those discount offers as well. I was so excited about this! Now that the year has ended and the promotion is back, it seems it's only for new customers. I'm hopeful that they'll reconsider this policy because I truly believe in the value of their product. I'm looking forward to seeing how they continue to evolve and improve their services.

Effortlessly Simple to Use
As a user of a monitoring product, I initially found it challenging to get used to our product. We thought about creating our own guide, but instead decided to explore existing tools. We found UserGuiding to be the easiest to use, so we chose it. The product is outstanding, but their customer success team deserves a special mention. They proactively alert us if they notice anything unusual with our product. We've even outsourced our UI testing to them due to their exceptional support. I would recommend them to anyone. It's simple to create guides, and the targeting is very flexible, allowing us to have different guides for different groups of people. Their customer success team is incredibly helpful and knows our product better than we do. The UI is very intuitive. Occasionally, it takes an unpredictable amount of time for the guide to become effective, but it's not a major issue.

UserGuiding has been beneficial in solving our issues with new user onboarding, which used to take hours and required both our team and clients to be present for guidance. Now, users can serve themselves. The software is generally user-friendly and provides numerous features for developers. However, those with less expertise might find it difficult to fully exploit all the features. We primarily chose UserGuiding due to its competitive pricing and excellent value for money, offering the same functionality.
