I have no complaints about Botsplash at all. The choice to switch to Botsplash wasn't mine, but I'm happy we made the switch.

      Botsplash: Unrivaled in its Class

      In addition to providing excellent customer service and support, Botsplash offers key features such as Velocify integration, a mobile app, group chat capabilities, canned messages, chat attachments, robust reporting, real-time deliverability tracking, and omni-channel solutions for web chat, Google, and Facebook. I currently have no complaints. My team and I are always brainstorming ideas and the Botsplash team is continuously evolving the platform. Their understanding of the needs of mortgage lenders is invaluable. They quickly comprehend and act on any situation or scenario we need to address. We chose Botsplash because it had the most comprehensive features, a great mobile app, and they were willing to build a robust Velocify integration. We switched to Botsplash because we needed better reporting to track deliverability and a mobile app for our sales and operations teams. The vendor responded positively to our review in February 2022.

      Exploring Botsplash: Instant Messaging with Room for Improvement

      I generally appreciate Botsplash for its instant messaging feature with clients. However, it needs enhancements to prevent freezing and to allow multiple users to be linked to a single client. The app's layout is user-friendly, but it doesn't support assigning multiple users to one client. If messages are transferred to another party, I have to request a transfer back or initiate a chat with the client. Recently, the app has been freezing or not loading at all. I also don't like that our direct lines can't be tied to the messages. Clients often ask if they can text my direct line, and I'm unsure what number to give them for it to go through Botsplash. In response to my review, the vendor thanked me for my feedback and mentioned that one of their major initiatives for 2019 is multi-agent chat. They also advised me to set up my mobile number in the profile section so that messages from Botsplash will be delivered to my phone when I'm not available.
