      Highly Beneficial Tool!

      I value the ability to create saved views in Custify to categorize our customers into different groups. I find the playbooks very helpful as they enable me to trigger an AWS Lambda function to run my custom code. As a software engineer, I frequently use API endpoints. I observed that historical metrics can be seen on the Custify customer page. I tried to use the API to pull these historical timeseries values, but found out that this endpoint was undocumented, which hindered me from using it as I planned.
