I've been a long-time user of Keap, and have enjoyed a great experience overall. The tagging features allow me to easily maneuver a large, complicated list of contacts, and create niches for campaigns that are targeted and personalized. I've enjoyed the automation features; I've automated onboarding for my small businesses, which has saved me countless hours of manual work. Keap integrates well with tools like Deadline Funnel and PlusThis which allows for easy conversion tracking and webinar management. There can be fairly solid learning curves to start, and I had some (very rarely) troubleshooting due to email deliverability issues.
Overall, given those minor hurdles, Keap is still a very appealing CRM platform. If your team is willing to spend the time to learn and optimize Keap, it can save time, create exponentially more engagement with customers.

Years of Successful Business with Keap
I have been doing business with Keap for years and have invested a significant amount of money into their services. However, 2 days ago, I noticed that client information started disappearing from our database. When I contacted them, they were unable to explain why this was happening and informed me that they only keep logs for up to two weeks. Despite their high charges, they fail to provide quality service. They also falsely represent their reviews on and Google. This has led me to question their trustworthiness.

I find Keap to be a highly effective and powerful tool when used correctly. I utilize it for managing contacts, sending promotional emails, marketing automation, and e-commerce. As I mastered its features like tag naming conventions, Goals, and Campaign links, it became easier to use and is now one of my favorite marketing automation software. I value several features of Keap, such as the ability to use tags for organizing contacts, its excellent marketing automation capabilities, and the option to integrate third-party tools like Deadline Funnel and PlusThis. These features aid in personalizing campaigns and boosting conversions. I also find the Dynamic Content feature beneficial for enhancing automation campaigns. However, I do find Keap to be somewhat pricey. In terms of transitioning to Keap, it wasn't exactly a switch from Aweber. When I joined the organization, both Aweber and Keap were being used - Aweber for sending emails to paid members, and Keap for other functions.
