Highly Satisfied with Mailchimp Transactional Email Services
As a loyal customer who has invested over £1,8 in email credits and even more in other services, I've had a truly rewarding experience with Mailchimp Transactional Email. I've been billed for the transactional email services (Mandrill) that I've used, and their customer support, which I found to be confident and knowledgeable, explained the billing process in detail. I find all their systems to be top-notch. I've continued to use all their services and have no plans to switch. I would highly recommend them for their exceptional services.

Unlocking the Potential of Mailchimp Transactional Emails
My overall experience with Mailchimp Transactional Email has been positive and supportive for the non-profit organization I work for. We plan to continue using this service as they are constantly updating and improving for their users. I found the ease of building templates with examples in the Mailchimp database very helpful, giving me a better understanding of how to create graphics that align with current trends and communicate effectively with my donor base. Although starting from scratch can be daunting, the support staff is always available and very helpful. However, navigating where a campaign or structure is set up within the database can be tricky. I recommend reading about the different setups within the database before building. I prefer to create one look and duplicate it for future projects, but sometimes I struggle to locate the original in my Mailchimp base. I switched to Mailchimp Transactional Email because it has a more updated look and the dimensions for images and structure are easier to navigate in the free version than in Constant Contact. It allowed me to understand how the system works.

Somewhat complex and not user-friendly.
The interface of Mailchimp-Transactional-Email is not very user-friendly. Many of its functions are hidden, despite having paid for them, and I had to discover them on my own, which required a lot of effort. The overall usage process is quite complicated. I found myself constantly referring to guides, the knowledge base, and even seeking advice from previous Mailchimp users, as the platform itself did not provide clear answers to my questions. I spent more time learning how to use Mailchimp than actually using it, and this only stopped when I ceased using it. Additionally, I had to invest extra time to teach my teammates how to use it. Furthermore, the time spent on the site was excessively long at times.
